To get the most out of your morning smoothie, you want to pack in maximum goodness without losing the great flavour. We reckon we’ve nailed the perfect functional smoothie - packed with Pams Functional Glow Muesli, spinach, banana and cashews, it’s the perfect start to your day! 

Tip: If you want to get really fancy, make a thicker smoothie by using a little less coconut milk. Pour into a bowl and decorate with extra Glow Muesli, Pams Thread Coconut, Pams Superfoods Chia Seeds and some fresh berries!

  • 1 cup Pams Lite Coconut Milk 
  • 1 ½ cups Pams Frozen Mango 
  • 1 banana 
  • ½ cup Pams Functional Glow Muesli 
  • Handful of Pams Baby Spinach 
  • 10 Pams Cashew Nuts 


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and add a touch of water for desired smoothie consistency. Serve immediately. 

Makes 4 smoothies.
