With its tropical flavours this is an ideal summer drink! Add some bubble by reducing the iced tea by half and adding Pams Brazilian Lime Soda or Ginger Beer.
Ready in: 10 mins
- 15cm stem lemongrass
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 cup Pams Frozen Mango
- 1 litre Pams Mango Iced Tea, chilled
- Cut the lemongrass lengthways into 4 stems. Stand these in 4 glasses.
- Add the pineapple and mango to the glasses and then pour over the iced tea.
- Serve immediately.
Makes 4-5 Servings.
