PAMS FRESH CREAM (South Island only)



Pams has become aware of a quality issue relating to two cream products in the South Island and has taken the decision to withdraw them from sale. During processing, the product has become thick, causing partially whipped cream to rise to the top of the container.

The product is safe to consume. Only the following products and date codes are affected;

  • Pams Cream Fresh Pasteurised 300ml (Best Before 30 Aug and 31 Aug, Barcode 94138238)
  • Pams Cream Fresh Pasteurised 500ml (Best Before 30 Aug and 31 Aug, Barcode 9414090881257)

This product is sold in PAK'nSAVE, NEW WORLD & FOUR SQUARE stores throughout SOUTH ISLAND. Consumers who have purchased the affected product can contact the Pams customer service centre on 0800 245 114 for a full refund. 

Foodstuffs apologises for any concern or inconvenience that this may cause and invites customers to contact the customer service centre with any queries. 

This recall does not affect any other Pams products.
