Did you know this week in New Zealand it’s Coeliac Awareness Week? This week is all about raising awareness and coming together for the coeliac or gluten free community in our country.
We supply a wide range of delicious gluten free products – from tasty risotto or bread, through to cookies, pizza bases – or even a range of gluten free flours! We know sticking to a gluten free diet can be tough on the wallet, so we aim to bring our customers delicious options that are budget friendly too.
To celebrate and raise awareness of Coeliac Awareness Week, we’ve put together our favourite tips, recipes and ideas for breakfast, dinner, and baking! Not gluten free? No worries! Our recipes and products are so delicious, they’ll be a hit with the whole family!
Your breakfast menu
They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but for most of us we only have time to quickly munch our favourite toast or cereal. However, we know it can be challenging finding a cereal or loaf of bread that both tastes great – and doesn’t break the bank. We’ve got a few breakfast ideas to keep you covered – from the quick and easy, through to a little bit fancy!
Pams Gluten Free Muesli is the ultimate, easy, way to kick-start your day. Our muesli packs in a delicious combo of dates, almonds and vanilla, providing the perfect base to get creative with your favourite milks, yoghurt, or fruit and seed toppings.
As the name suggests, our Two Ingredient Pancakes couldn’t be simpler! Most households have bananas and eggs on hand from the weekly shop – making these pancakes an easy, affordable, and naturally gluten free warm brekkie idea!
