Breakfasts to get you out of bed 

There are so many ways to eat our Hot Cereals and Muesli for breakfast, from simple smoothies, through to indulgent tropical bowls. Check out some of our favourites. 

Starting to feel the cold? We love adding Pams Coconut Cream and some sliced tropical fruit to a steaming hot bowl of Pams Functional Hot Cereal - creating an indulgent, warming start to your day. 

Our Pams Functional Cereals are the perfect addition to your go-to breakfast smoothie. Try adding a few spoonfuls, in place of standard oats, for a more substantial start to your day. Check out our favourite morning smoothie using Pams Functional Glow Muesli here. 

Pams Functional Hot Cereals are delicious in Winter, but they also make the perfect base for chilled overnight oats, or bircher muesli. Just mix two cups of Mind Hot Cereal with a grated apple, two tablespoons of Pams Almond Milk and a few Pams Frozen Raspberries. Place in the fridge overnight, and wake up to the easiest breakfast of your life! 

Just a fan of good old muesli? Up the nutrient power of your chosen Functional Muesli by topping it with banana and yoghurt. You’ll get an extra potassium and magnesium kick to top off the awesome benefits from your chosen Functional Cereal.  

 

Tasty Snacking 

Not so much of a brekkie lover, but still wanting the benefits of Pams Functional? Try some of these delicious and nutritious snacking ideas! 

Cookies are an absolute lunchbox favourite! Up the goodness by using Pams Functional Energise Muesli to make these tasty little morsels. Our recipe is super simple, so they’re also a great baking activity for the kids - check out the recipe here. 

Craving a quick and easy dessert? Try adding Pams Functional Hot Cereal to your next apple crumble! Simply mix 1 cup of your favourite Hot Cereal with ¼ cup of flour and 50 grams of softened butter. Using your fingertips, rub the ingredients together until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Sprinkle  over Pams Apple Pie Filling and bake at 180℃ for around twenty minutes. Too easy!
