People

We work hard to make sure our products are produced in fair and safe conditions. We’re committed to working with our supply partners so that people in our supply chain are safe, treated with respect, paid fairly, and protected from worker exploitation – including modern slavery and unsafe working conditions.

By focusing on labour rights, we’re helping build a more ethical future for everyone involved in getting food from source to shelf.

How we protect people:

  • All Pams overseas suppliers complete a risk assessment through Sedex*, a global platform that helps us identify potential risks and work with supply partners to address them.
  • We require independent social audits for sites in higher-risk countries or categories.
  • Local produce partners must meet GRASP or NZGAP Social Practice requirements.

That means you can shop with confidence, knowing we’re doing the right thing behind the scenes.

You can find out more about how we protect workers in our Modern Slavery Position Statement.
