Cheese Stuffed Pita Pizzas

With a cheesy, gooey centre and crisp toppings, these pitas make for the perfect afternoon snack or pizza party favourite - ready in under 30 mins!

Tips & Tricks

Serve with a sprinkle of basil for added freshness.

Method

  1. Use a sharp knife to cut an opening in the side of each pita and stuff with a handful of cheese. Evenly place on a baking tray in a single layer.

  2. Spread a large spoonful of pasta sauce over each pita. Top with slices of mushroom, ham and pineapple.

  3. Bake in the oven for at 200°C for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.

  • 1 packet Pams White Pita Bread

  • 2 cups Pams Italian 3 Cheese Blend

  • ½ can Pams Tomato and Herb Pasta Sauce

  • 4-6 Pams Button Mushrooms, sliced

  • ½ packet Pams Shaved Leg Ham, sliced

  • ½ can Pams Pineapple Chunks in Juice
