Berry Bomb Spritz

These Berry Bomb ice cubes are a great way to take your drinks to the next level. Add them to your mocktails, cocktails and spritz’s all summer long!

Tips & Tricks
Use any fresh fruit to make your ice cubes!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pams Berries – we used strawberries & blueberries, finely diced
  • 1 Pams Green Kiwifruit, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsps Pams Lime Fruit Syrup
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • 1 bottle Pams Soda Water with a Lemon Twist
  • 1 Pams Ice Cube Tray

Method

  1. Divide the diced berries and kiwifruit between a 21 hole Pams Ice Cube Tray. Top each with a small mint leaf.
  2. Place the lime syrup in a bowl and add 1 ½ cups cold water, stir to combine. Pour this lime syrup water over the fruit-filled ice cube tray. Freeze until solid.
  3. To serve, add a few frozen ice cubes to each glass and top with the soda water.
  4. Transfer any remaining ice cubes to a freezer bag. Seal, label and freeze for up to 6 months!
