Chocolate Cornflake Bliss Balls

For a bite-sized twist on a Kiwi classic, these Chocolate Cornflake Bliss Balls will become your new go-to sweet snack!

Tips & Tricks
  • For a golden nuttier flavour, toast your walnuts in the oven for 175°C for 7 minutes until lightly toasted before adding it to the mix!
  • These become vegan and dairy-free without the chocolate topping!

Ingredients

  • 2 packets 70g Pams Walnut Halves
  • ¼ cup Pams Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cup Pams Dates
  • ½ cup Pams Finest Almond Butter
  • 1 cup Pams Cornflakes
  • ¼ cup Pams Finest Dark Chocolate Chunks, melted

Method

  1. Set aside 12 walnut halves for decorating and place the remaining walnuts and the cocoa powder in a food processor. Blitz until you have a fine crumb.
  2. Add the dates and almond butter and blend until smooth. Add the cornflakes and pulse until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 12 tablespoon-sized balls and place on a lined tray.
  4. In a heatproof bowl, microwave the chocolate in 30 second bursts until melted and smooth.
  5. Drizzle the chocolate on top of the balls and press a walnut onto the melted chocolate.
  6. Put in the fridge to set before enjoying. Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
