Giant Pecan Skillet Cookie
Warm, gooey and golden. This chocolate chip and pecan skillet cookie is the perfect winter dessert to share, or to devour yourself!
Tips & Tricks
- Any Pams nuts would work well in this dish – try peanuts, hazelnuts or walnuts!
- Eat this treat straight from the skillet with scoops of Pams Vanilla Ice Cream.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Pams Brown Sugar
- 2 x Pams Barn Eggs
- 200g Pams Pure Butter, melted
- 2 ¾ cups Pams Self Raising Flour
- 1 ½ cups Pams Milk Compound Chocolate Buttons
- 1 packet Pams Pecans
Method
- In a large mixing bowl add in the sugar, eggs and melted butter. Whisk to combine. Sift in the flour and mix well before folding in the chocolate buttons and pecans.
- Grease a skillet pan or round baking dish and press in the cookie dough mixture. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Best served warm.
