Giant Pecan Skillet Cookie

Warm, gooey and golden. This chocolate chip and pecan skillet cookie is the perfect winter dessert to share, or to devour yourself!

Tips & Tricks
  • Any Pams nuts would work well in this dish – try peanuts, hazelnuts or walnuts!
  • Eat this treat straight from the skillet with scoops of Pams Vanilla Ice Cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Pams Brown Sugar
  • 2 x Pams Barn Eggs
  • 200g Pams Pure Butter, melted
  • 2 ¾ cups Pams Self Raising Flour
  • 1 ½ cups Pams Milk Compound Chocolate Buttons
  • 1 packet Pams Pecans

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl add in the sugar, eggs and melted butter. Whisk to combine. Sift in the flour and mix well before folding in the chocolate buttons and pecans.
  2. Grease a skillet pan or round baking dish and press in the cookie dough mixture. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Best served warm.
