Rocky Road Wreath

For a showstopper of a Christmas dessert that can be prepped prior or brought as a gift, this Rocky Road Wreath will do the trick! Festive, fun and the perfect sweet centrepiece.

Tips & Tricks
  • If you don’t have a ring cake tin, you can create your own for this Rocky Road Wreath by placing a standard sized can in the centre of a lined cake tin.

Ingredients

  • 2 blocks Pams Finest Dark Chocolate
  • 1 cup Pams Festive Mallows
  • 1/3 cup Pams Dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup Pams Pretzels
  • 1/3 cup Pams Sliced Almonds
  • ½ cup Pams Festive Party Mix

Method

  1. Thoroughly grease a standard sized ring cake tin.
  2. Place the chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, or until smooth.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients into the bowl of melted chocolate and mix well. Pour into the greased cake tin and press extra mallows, pretzels and party mix onto the top.
  4. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
  5. When almost ready to serve, remove the rocky road from the fridge and allow to sit at room temp for about 20 minutes. If needed, run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the rocky road from the tin before turning out onto a serving plate.
