Any-Bean Dip

Perfect to throw together for a snack, or when entertaining guests! Use any tin of beans or legumes you have in the back of the pantry for this quick, moreish dip.

Tips & Tricks
  • Serve with toasted Pams White Pita Bread or your favourite crackers or chips!
  • For added freshness and flavour, try adding an extra handful of fresh herbs into the food processor before blending up your dip!

Ingredients

  • 1 tin Pams Chickpeas, Pams Black Beans, Pams Kidney Beans, Pams Lentils or Pams Cannellini Beans, drained & rinsed
  • ½ Pams Lemon, juiced (or 1 Tbsp juice)
  • 1 clove Pams Garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp Pams Ground Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Pams Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus extra to serve
  • Fresh herbs to serve - we love coriander, parsley or dill

Method

  1. Add the beans, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and olive oil to a food processor. Season generously with salt & pepper and blitz until well combined.
  2. If you would like a smoother dip, slowly add a few tablespoons of cold water while the food processor is running.
  3. Serve the dip with an extra drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of fresh herbs of your choice.
