Cheats Wrap Samosas

Tips & Tricks
- Add leftover curry to your mashed potatoes for an easy way to use your leftovers!
- Make a dipping sauce for your samosas with 1/2 cup of plain yoghurt, 1 teaspoon of Pams Crushed Garlic and a squeeze of lemon juice!
- As an alternative to the egg wash, mix together 2 tablespoons of flour and 6 tablespoons of water to form a paste. Brush onto tortillas and use to seal your samosas together.
Ingredients
- ½ pack of Pams Mashed Potatoes
- 1 Pams Brown Onion, diced
- 2 tsp Pams Crushed Garlic
- 1 cup of Pams Baby Peas
- 3 tsp Pams Mild Curry Powder
- 1 pack of Pams Jumbo Tortillas
Method
- Cook mashed potatoes on the stove top or in the microwave as per packet instructions.
- Add a glug of olive oil to a large fry pan over medium heat and sauté onions until translucent. Add the crushed garlic, curry powder and season with salt. Continue cooking until fragrant.
- Add frozen peas to the pan and heat until defrosted. Mix through the mashed potatoes and allow mixture to cool.
- Cut jumbo tortillas in half and brush with egg wash.
- Take one tortilla half and fold one side towards the centre (with the egg wash on the inside), then fold the other side over, forming a cone.
- Place 2 tablespoons of your filling into each tortilla cone then place on a baking tray, seam side down and use a fork to seal the open edge. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Brush with oil and cook for 15 minutes at 200°C until golden.
