Looking for a great healthy alternative to refined sugar filled treats? Our Vitality Pops are a fantastic treat for kids and adults alike! Tasty and packed full of goodness, they’re a perfect on the go breakfast alternative, or just a tasty, nutritious snack! 

Tip: To mix it up, swap out the berries for other fruit, or choose another Pams Functional muesli if you wish! 

Prep time: 10 minutes 

Cook time: 0 minutes + Freeze time: At least 5 hours

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup thick Greek yoghurt 
  • ½ cup Pams Squeezable Liquid Honey  
  • 6 Tbsp Pams Functional Vitality Muesli 
  • 1 handful of fresh berries, chopped (we used raspberries and blueberries)  

Directions 

  1. Mix the yoghurt and honey together. 
  2. Add ⅓ of the yoghurt mix into popsicle moulds, then top with fruit and 1 tsp of muesli per popsicle. Repeat another two layers with the remaining yoghurt mix, fruit, and muesli. 
  3. Freeze overnight and eat straight from the freezer. 

Makes 6 popsicles
