3 Ingredient Blueberry Muffins
Fuss-free and full of sweet & juicy blueberries, these easy 3 ingredient muffins take the cake for being a busy person’s bake!
Tips & Tricks
- Sprinkle Pams Raw Sugar over top of your muffins before baking for extra golden and crispy tops.
 - The muffin batter will be quite thick, so try using an ice cream scoop to scoop the batter into the muffin trays!
 
Ingredients
- 2 cups Pams Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
 - 1 ½ cups Self Raising Flour
 - 1 punnet Pams Blueberries or 1 cup Pams Frozen Blueberries
 
Method
- Add the ice cream to a large mixing bowl and allow it to soften, but not melt entirely. Add the blueberries and gently fold through the ice cream.
 - Add the flour and fold to combine.
 - Spoon about ¼ cup of mixture into each of the 12 standard size muffin tin cups.
 - Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes. Place on a cooling wire to cool, then enjoy.
