Pams Kiwi Burger - Make It Your Way

A great burger is hard to beat, and the Kiwi way makes it the ultimate grill up! Beetroot or cheese? Relish or mayo? Beef or lamb? How do you customise your ultimate Kiwi burger?

Get creative with your favourite burger fillings – we love adding slices of Pams Red Onion, Pams Tomato or even Pams Sliced Gherkins!

Ingredients

  • 4 Pams Angus Beef or Lamb Burger Patties
  • 4 Pams Finest Brioche Burger Buns
  • 4 Pams Eggs
  • Sauces :
  • ¼ cup Pams Tomato Relish or Pams Picklenaise
  • Toppings:
  • 4 slices Pams Beetroot or Pams Colby Cheese Slices
  • Salads:
  • A large handful of Pams Baby Cos Lettuce or Pams Baby Spinach

Method

  1. Cook the burger patties on the BBQ or in a fry pan until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Fry your eggs for about 5 minutes until the whites are set and the yolk is still runny.
  3. Lightly butter the buns and place on the grill until lightly toasted.
  4. To assemble, spread a tablespoon of your chosen sauce on the bottom bun. Top with your burger patty and fried egg. Finish with your chosen toppings and salads, and sandwich on your top bun.
