Sticky Date Mug Cake

Tips & Tricks
- Serve with Pams Vanilla Ice Cream for the ultimate dessert in a cup!
- Pams Plant Based Soy or Almond Milk is great for a spongier cake, but you can also use Pams Milk!
- We used a 250ml mug and a 1500 watt microwave for this recipe – you may need to adjust the timing with a different microwave!
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Pams Self Raising Flour
- 2 Tbsp Pams Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Pams Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp Pams Canola Oil
- 4 Pams Dates, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Pams Golden Syrup
Method
- In a large, microwave-safe mug, mix the flour and 1 tbsp of the brown sugar together.
- Add the milk and oil, and mix to combine. Stir in the chopped dates.
- Top the batter with the golden syrup and rest of the brown sugar, then microwave for 2 minutes.
- Cool slightly before digging in!
