Quick and easy to put together, our hemp nourish lunch bowls are perfect for weekend or workplace lunches. Our Pams Superfoods Hulled Hemp Seeds and Hemp Seed Oil add extra superfood goodness, making these salad bowls a great way to eat healthy and satisfy your hunger.

Tips & Tricks
  • For a fresh and zingy dressing, try blending a ¼ cup of Pams Hemp Seed Oil, the juice of ½ a lemon, a clove of garlic, a handful of soft herbs (e.g. basil, parsley or mint), and some salt and pepper.
  • To make this an even more substantial meal, add your protein of choice – such as a tin of Pams Chickpeas or some shredded chicken.


  1. Cook the black rice as per packet instructions.
  2. Assemble the nourish bowls by dividing the black rice between 2 bowls, then add the tomatoes, avocado, olives and top with the hulled hemp seeds. Enjoy!
