Our Lamb Kofta & Hummus Pitas are full of fresh flavour all wrapped up in warm pita breads. The family won’t be able to wait to get their hands on them!

Tips & Tricks

  • Get creative and stuff your pitas with your favourite fresh veges - we love diced Pams Cucumber and Pams Cherry Tomatoes!

Method

  1. Cook the grill sticks as per packet instructions and lightly toast the pitas.

  2. Open the pitas and stuff with a handful of the slaw and drizzle over some sweet chilli sauce.

  3. Add one lamb grill stick to each pita, add a dollop of hummus and a sprinkle of herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Pams Lamb Grill Sticks

  • 5 Pams White Pita Breads

  • 2 1/2 cups Pams Lite Slaw

  • 1/2 cup Pams Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • 1/2 tub Pams Spinach & Feta Hummus

  • A small handful of fresh herbs – we love mint & parsley!
