Mini Loaded Dogs

  • If you’re looking for a plant-based option, you can substitute the Pams Cocktail Sausages with our Pams Plant Based Sausages!
  • Caramelise your onions for added flavour! Just add your onions to a pot with a tablespoon of Pams Brown Sugar, a tablespoon of Pams Balsamic Vinegar and a splash of water and cook on low for 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Pams Cocktail Sausages
  • 1 packet Pams Par-Baked Garlic Buffet Rolls
  • 2 Pams Onions, sliced
  • ½ cup Pams Crinkle Cut Pickled Gherkins
  • 1 cup Pams Grated Tasty Cheese
  • Pams Tomato Sauce
  • Pams American Mustard

Method

  1. Cut a wedge out of the top of each buffet roll so the fillings can fit inside. Bake in the oven at 180°C as per packet instructions.
  2. While the rolls are in the oven, cook the sausages in boiling water as per packet instructions.
  3. Heat a splash of oil in a large fry pan over high heat. Add the onions, season with salt & pepper and cook until browned.
  4. Place the sausages, hot rolls, and all other ingredients into separate serving bowls. Put it all out on the table to serve and let the fun begin!
