Pams Finest is proud to present our newest addition to your fridge – Pams Finest Fresh Stocks. Cooked from fresh, locally reared and harvested meat, seafood and vegetables, our fresh stock is extremely versatile. Year round, our stock is a key component of contemporary risotto, couscous and even as a “bone broth” – the options are limitless.

All four of our stocks and jus are distinctly different and all made ‘restaurant quality’ – with a rich flavour and thick jellied texture unlike anything in a carton or powder. Even better, they’re all gluten free and made in New Zealand with real meat and vegetables.

Look out for our stocks in the butchery or chilled sections of your local Pak’nSave, New World or Four Square in their resealable pouches.

Pams Finest Beef stock – New Zealand beef and vegetables cooked long and slow ensures our classic beef stock delivers full flavour and rich texture.

Pams Finest Beef Jus – Pams Finest Beef Stock slowly reduced and seasoned to create a classic jus (1/3 reduction). Perfect for finishing meat dishes and preparing restaurant quality sauces.

Pams Finest Chicken Stock – Chicken and fresh vegetables, batch cooked in open top kettles to a traditional recipe, produce our nourishing and full-flavoured chicken stock.

Pams Finest Fish Stock* - Locally caught fish and vegetables gently simmered in small batches, delivering a delicate but flavoursome fish stock.
