This is the perfect salad for a summer BBQ or to spruce up your mid-week meal. Mix it up each time by swapping Pams Cold Smoked Salmon Slices with Pams Hot Smoked Salmon or Pams Finest Jumbo Prawns!


  • 500g small new potatoes
  • Large handful Pams Round Green Beans, topped and tailed
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 3-4 handfuls Pams Mediterranean Rocket Leaves
  • 200g Pams Cold Smoked Salmon slices, roughly pulled apart
  • 1 tablespoon Pams Capers
  • 1/3 cup Pams Aioli


  1. Place the potatoes in a saucepan of cold salted water, bring to the boil and cook until just tender. Drain well.
  2. While the potatoes are cooking, gently cook the beans in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 5 minutes or until just cooked. Drain and set aside.
  3. Arrange onion, leaves, beans, potatoes and salmon in a serving dish, sprinkle with capers and top with dollops of aioli.

Makes 4 Servings.
