Quick, easy and super tasty, this soup is a great base for adding other flavours such as shredded cooked chicken, diced bacon or even a can of our garlic and oregano chopped tomatoes.

Ready in: 45 minutes


  • 1.5 litres Pams Chicken or Vegetable Stock
  • 2 medium sized Pams Organic Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 200g Pams Organic Pumpkin, peeled and chopped into 1.5cm cubes
  • 1 medium – large Pams Organic Carrot, peeled and chopped into small chunks
  • 10 tablespoons Pams Finest Quinoa & Lentil Soup Mix
  • ¼ cup chopped Italian parsley


  1. Pour the stock into a large saucepan and add the potatoes, pumpkin and carrots.
  2. Bring to the boil and stir through the soup mix.
  3. Simmer for 25-30 minutes until the quinoa and lentils are tender.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with the chopped parsley.
